Our colleagues from PLAN-B Yana Yakusina and Professor Mike Wood had the incredible opportunity to attend the kick-off event of PLAN-B Project‘s sister project – AquaPLAN – in the enchanting city of Pisa, Italy.
The event not only unveiled the future endeavours of both projects but also sparked discussions on potential collaborations that could redefine the way we address environmental challenges. Just like in the real world, terrestrial and aquatic environments cannot exist on their own, PLAN-B Project and AquaPLAN are joining forces to deepen our understanding of light and noise pollution impacts, contributing to a more robust framework for environmental protection.
Huge thanks to Elena Maggi and Mascha Stroobant for organizing an absolutely amazing and insightful event. Gratitude also goes to all the participants for engaging conversations and the exchange of inspiring ideas.
What’s next, you ask? Brace yourselves, as we are gearing up to build a powerful stakeholder network, organize impactful activities, and share insights from our research initiatives.
